I am Samantha Flores, M.Ed. I am a mother of two and the creator of the Postpartum Mindset Program. When I was a first time mom, I had no idea how much my entire identity would shift after having my son. About five months into my first postpartum journey, I realized I was suffering with postpartum depression.
This put a major strain on my marriage and my mental health. I never thought I would have another baby because of this experience. When I did find out I was pregnant again, I was determined to avoid postpartum depression. Thankfully, I was successful! Now, I help other moms struggling to overcome this challenge all while raising my two littles at home.
From start to finish, I work with moms hand-in-hand to assist them in the journey to reconnecting to themselves again after birth. You are no longer the person you were before having a baby and that is okay! Now, it is time to learn about the new you and how you can prevent losing yourself in motherhood.
